Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
Conduction defects
Pulmonary embolism

Renal abnormalities

Neurological:
Possible mental retardation
Seizures
Vertebral anomalies

Musculoskeletal:
Hemihypertrophy
Macrodactyly
Syndactyly
Scoliosis

Considerations:
Potential difficult intubation
Thick epiglottis
N2O/high peak airway pressure use with cystic lung disease may cause PTX
