Clinodactyly
Polydactyly

Considerations:
Challenging induction 2° mental delay
Difficult laryngoscopy 2° micrognathia
Aspiration risk
Post-operative respiratory complications
Altered drug metabolism 2° to seizure medications
Consider SBE prophylaxis
