Rubenstein-Taybi Syndrome

General:
Mental retardation
Broad thumbs/first toes
Craniofacial abnormalities

Airway:
Microcephaly
Hypertelorism
Choanal atresia
Microstomia
High arched palate
Micrognathia
Collapsing larynx

Respiratory:
Recurrent respiratory ifections
Obstructive sleep apnea

Cardiovascular:
Congenital heart lesions(1/3 have this)

Gastrointestinal:
Constipation
Feeding difficulties

Genitourinary
Cryptorchidism
Hypospadias

Neurological:
Mental retardation
Seizures
Hyperreflexia

Musculoskeletal:
Scoliosis
Short stature
Broad thumb/big toe

Considerations:
Difficult intubation
Positioning challenge
Aspiration risk
Delayed emergence
Post-operative respiratory failure
SBE prophylaxis consideration
